About The Position

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-I to support our client’s medical facility, located in Boise ID 83704. This is a 13-week contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Location: Boise, ID 83704 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm MST Pay Range: $17.50 - $20.50 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience REQUIRED.

Nice To Haves

• One (+) year of phlebotomy experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care.
• Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocols.
• Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards.
• Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
