This is a Phlebotomist 2 position with a duration of 4-5 months, requiring flexibility in shift and location. The role involves providing quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, often with minimal on-site supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections, and be adaptable to staffing needs which may include weekends, holidays, on-call duties, and overtime. A commitment to company policies, including dress code and safety, is essential. The position requires good judgment and decision-making based on established procedures. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are necessary due to travel requirements to multiple locations and Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy sites with minimal notice. The role demands the ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume setting and demonstrate superior customer focus, open communication, adaptability to change, and business knowledge. Additional requirements include a background check and specific antibody tests (Quantiferon, MMR, Varicella, Hep B).
