About The Position
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for preparing and distributing medications for patient consumption under the general supervision of a licensed pharmacist and in accordance with standard departmental procedures. This is a full-time position with variable eight-hour shifts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of experience in a hospital inpatient facility.
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the California State Board of Pharmacy.
Nice To Haves
- Graduation from an accredited Pharmacy Technician School.
Responsibilities
- Prepare medications for patient consumption.
