About The Position
VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) has an opening for an experienced, Per diem (PRN) customer-focused Pharmacy Technician. This position is within VytlOne's network of managed clinic-based, in-house pharmacies at the PMS Central Pharmacy in Albuquerque, NM. This per diem (PRN) position offers a highly competitive hourly rate of pay and an excellent work environment. Maxor National Pharmacy Services, headquartered in Amarillo, TX, will manage the PMS Central Pharmacy. Requirements
- HS Diploma/GED required
- NM pharmacy technician license/registration
- Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months (VytlOne will Assist)
- Computer experience mandatory
- Proven track record of exemplary customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, to interact with a wide variety of individuals to successfully provide optimal patient care
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills highly preferred
- Ability to operate various pharmacy software programs/equipment proficiently
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take prescription orders
- Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
- Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
- Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
- Answer the phone
- Input customer information into the computer system
