About The Position

This is a per diem, full-performance Pharmacy Technician position in the Reedsburg Area Medical Center Pharmacy Department. The technician serves as an all-around assistant to the pharmacist and performs duties with an understanding of pharmacy workflow, routine, and the responsibilities of the Pharmacy Service. Shift times may fall between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, or 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school graduate, or six months of general experience, or enrollment as a student in an approved nationally accredited pharmacy technician program.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with pharmacy duties.
• Perform duties with an understanding of pharmacy workflow, routine, and Pharmacy Service responsibilities.
