About The Position

At LeeSar, we support hospitals and healthcare providers across Southwest Florida by ensuring critical medications and supplies reach patients safely and efficiently. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to join our growing pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a key role in daily pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Reliable with strong attendance and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple priorities during a shift
• A strong communicator who works well in a team setting
• Proactive in identifying inventory needs and safety concerns

Nice To Haves

• Florida Pharmacy Technician License
• 1+ year of pharmacy technician or related healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Preparing and replenishing medication trays using TRAYSAFE technology
• Labeling medications accurately, including refrigerated products
• Managing medication inventory and restocking supplies
• Identifying expired medications for proper disposal or return
• Preparing invoices and assisting with deliveries to member facilities
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
• Supporting pharmacists and pharmacy leadership with day-to-day operations
