About The Position
Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, part of The Cigna Group, is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Newark, Delaware. Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED required
- Basic math skills
- General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office, use of the internet and email
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred
- 1+ years of relevant work experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferred
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve appropriate quantities of medication and prepare corresponding labels.
- Collaborate with pharmacists and production clerks to ensure medications are adequately filled and support quality goals.
- Provide administrative and operational support services in the Pharmacy.
- Define procedures under close supervision.
- Pick up medication and assist on the packing line.
- Verify, print prescriptions, and perform routine duties.
