Job Description Summary: May retrieve, count, and measure drugs. Researches problems related to customer prescription inquiries. Technical expert with depth or breadth of knowledge within Pharmacy. Provides guidance and direction to other members of the team. Collaborates with many departments within the pharmacy. Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). Position summary: Quality Response Team members are essential in driving quality processes at Express Scripts Pharmacy. They are responsible in mitigating quality related events and researching quality related issues that would affect overall pharmacy DPMO. They support each department in various capacities depending on need in managing quality. They assist in trouble shooting and rectifying issues that can also impact overall pharmacy productivity. This is a dynamic position that requires critical thinking skills, quick decision making, and the ability to solve problems.
