Pharmacy Production Clerk - Express Scripts - Onsite
About The Position
Express Scripts is hiring production clerks to stock, pick, and pack pharmacy prescriptions. Using a high level of attention to detail, as well as organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, you’ll help ensure the accuracy of each prescription order for each patient we serve. Requirements
- Basic math skills
- General computer skills
- General computer program knowledge including Microsoft Office and use of the internet and email
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
- Ability to speak and understand English is required for this position due to the need to communicate safety rules on the shop floor
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs
- Able to be on your feet for your entire shift
- If working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Pack prescriptions in preparation for shipment
- Process prescriptions
- Dispense and pack prescriptions in preparation for shipment
- Follow-up with patient issues
- Data entry and reference database as needed
