About The Position

This role assists the pharmacist in providing pharmacy services, working under the direction of a licensed pharmacist. Responsibilities include the preparation, dispensing, distribution, and return of patient-specific medications, including intravenous admixtures. The position also involves supplying and maintaining automated technology equipment, packaging unit-of-use dosages, maintaining and transporting pharmaceuticals, and performing tasks related to regulatory compliance. Documentation of activities and other duties as required are also part of the role.

Requirements

• Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
• High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) required upon hire or within the first 12 months of employment

Responsibilities
