At Rogue Community Health, we understand that Pharmacy professionals do so much more than fill timely and accurate prescriptions. We are proud to participate in the 340B medication program, which allows deep discounts on medication costs. As a result, we can help those patients most in need. This is an amazing service for our community. This position will be predominantly at our Medford location, but you may be asked to occasionally pick up shifts at our other locations.

Requirements

• Current and active license through the Oregon Board of Pharmacy
• Sharp attention to detail and not afraid to check, question, and re-check
• Desire to learn new things, develop new processes, and work at the top of your license
• Excellent individual critical thinking skills and the ability to openly share ideas within a team
• The interest to learn from others as well as support those who can learn from you
• Ability and/or desire to understand the challenges of the underserved, coupled with the desire to help
• Must complete a criminal background check
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted

Responsibilities

• Fill timely and accurate prescriptions
• Participate in the 340B medication program
• Provide equitable and exceptional healthcare
• Occasionally pick up shifts at other locations
