About The Position
Assists pharmacists with the daily activities of the pharmacy. All technician functions are performed under the supervision of a Florida-licensed pharmacist and in accordance with state and federal law.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current Florida Pharmacy Technician or Intern State License.
Nice To Haves
- One year of hospital experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy activities.
- Perform cart fill and stock replenishment.
- Assist with purchasing.
- Prepare IV admixtures.
- Make hourly deliveries.
- Interact with other departments.
