About The Position

Join Intermountain Health’s Central Fulfillment Team and help ensure patients receive home delivery prescriptions safely and on time. This on-site, warehouse-style pharmacy support role focuses on packing and shipping prescription orders in a fast-paced environment. Work is performed on your feet throughout the day, and accuracy and attention to detail are critical to ensure each order is shipped to the correct address. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with four openings at the Supply Chain Center in Midvale, Utah. Three openings follow a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with weekends off. One opening follows a Sunday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Monday–Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Friday and Saturday off. The role is benefits eligible.

Responsibilities

Assist with ordering, restocking, cashiering, and clerical duties under pharmacist supervision.
Provide excellent customer service and answer phone inquiries.
Maintain required records in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
Identify, communicate, and appropriately escalate concerns while supporting quality and patient safety initiatives.
Participate in meetings and process improvement activities to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
