About The Position

Community Health of Central Washington (CHCW), a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Pharmacy Services Director to play a pivotal role in advancing equitable, high-quality care for the communities they serve. In this leadership position, the director will oversee and expand the 340B program, driving compliance, optimization, and sustainable growth while ensuring patients have access to affordable medications. The role involves collaboration with clinical, operational, and executive teams to strengthen integrated care delivery, develop high-performing pharmacy services, and champion innovative solutions that improve outcomes. Requirements

Bachelor or Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
Five years related experience and/or training.
3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
WA Pharmacist License.
Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
Immunizations prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU).
Pre-employment drug screen.
