About The Position

This position is responsible for performing technically detailed pharmacy and benefit audit work that impacts pharmacy and health plan operations, programs, and information systems within the Pharmacy Services Department of the Healthcare Experience & Operations Division. Responsibilities include monitoring and validating CDAG and ODAG universes, completing monthly and ad hoc remediation, and supporting mock and live RCGA audits through evidence preparation and audit response activities. The role authors and maintains CDAG and ODAG desk procedures and audit documentation, and performs related technical duties as assigned. The position communicates directly with RCGA, federal and state regulatory entities, pharmacists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers and their staff regarding audit findings, claims, and medication management programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire - OR- Oregon Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician upon hire
  • 2 years of Experience as a pharmacy technician in a managed care environment, -OR- 3 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a Pharmacy

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and validating CDAG and ODAG universes
