About The Position

Express Scripts by Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is hiring production clerks to stock, pick, and pack pharmacy prescriptions. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills to ensure the accuracy of each prescription order for every patient. The position involves dispensing and packing prescriptions for shipment, processing prescriptions, following up with patient issues, and performing data entry and reference database updates as needed.

Requirements

• Basic math skills
• General computer skills
• General computer program knowledge including Microsoft Office and use of the internet and email
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to speak English is required for this position due to the need to communicate safety rules on the shop floor
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Able to be on your feet for your entire shift

• If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
