About The Position

The Pharmacy Operations Optimization Manager is responsible for engagement health and realized value across Bluesight’s KitCheck customer portfolio. KitCheck uses RFID to help hospital pharmacies process medication kits and trays faster and more accurately. This role helps customers realize that value by supporting active product use, current formularies and kit masters, timely tag and consumable ordering, and effective use of operational data. The manager oversees engagement and operational performance across the full customer base, identifies accounts at risk of disengagement, and coordinates interventions by working directly with customers or assigning the appropriate Implementation, Support, Professional Services, or Customer Success resource. The role also establishes reporting cadences, provides portfolio and account updates to internal teams, and equips customer-facing teams with adoption context for customer reviews and renewal discussions. The position combines portfolio-level oversight with hands-on customer engagement and pharmacy subject-matter expertise. It includes developing engagement practices and customer-facing educational content, coordinating pharmacy SME capacity, and conveying customer workflow and adoption challenges to Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The role is open to applicants in the continental United States.
