Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

Requirements

  • PharmD required.
  • Two-five (2-5) years of Pharmacist experience required.
  • Experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting is required.
  • Knowledge of computers and automation including experience with MS applications, EPIC, Pharmacy vendors, automated dispensing systems and split billing software required.
  • Current NYS Pharmacist License and Registration.
  • Travel to multiple facilities is required.
  • Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks.
  • Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment.
  • Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. and to push and pull up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships, to work well under pressure, to organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks.
  • Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Required detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled.
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to customer needs and expectations.
  • May be subject to irregular hours including evenings or potentially weekends to participate in operational and community events as necessary.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters Degree preferred
  • Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Experience within pharmacy buying and 340B Program is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • The Infusion and 340B Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and daily operations of Granet Health’s Infusion Services and 340B Programs.
  • This role ensures full compliance with all regulatory requirements by establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving systems, processes, and controls.
  • The Manager leads comprehensive audit and compliance initiatives, including routine 340B eligibility validation and diversion preventions, while maintaining accurate documentation and mitigating risk.
  • This position partners closely with cross functional teams, including pharmacy, supply chain, IT, finance and corporate compliance as well as external vendors and contract pharmacies to drive operational efficiency, regulatory adherence and program integrity.
  • In addition, the Manager oversees medication procurement and inventory management to ensure appropriate supply levels that support high-quality patient care.
  • At times, provides leadership support and back up to the Pharmacy Operations Manager.
