About The Position

Join WIS International as a Pharmacy Inventory Associate in the Green Bay Metro Area. This part-time role involves partnering with healthcare professionals to accurately count inventory of medical devices and/or medications using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and productivity, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases. This is an active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDC's, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
  • Travel to retail locations.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
  • Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
  • Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
  • Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
  • Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
