Pharmacy Inventory Associate - Green Bay Metro Area
About The Position
WIS International is urgently hiring Pharmacy Inventory Associates throughout the greater Green Bay Metro area, including Green Bay, Howard, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, and Appleton. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and paid training, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases. The job involves partnering with healthcare professionals to accurately capture inventory data for medical devices and medications using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. This is an active role that rewards hard work and accuracy.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
- Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements and confidentiality requirements.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.
Nice To Haves
- Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required.
- Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program.
- Travel to retail locations.
- Lead by example and demonstrate the core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork at all times.
- Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected in all inventories worked.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner that yields cooperation.
- Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required.
- Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in one's abilities, based upon demonstrated expertise.
- Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed.
