About The Position

The Pharmacy Intern 2- Outpatient, under close supervision, learns and develops a working knowledge or pharmacology. Performs pharmacy duties along side technicians and pharmacists. Performs other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy School.
• No experience required.
• Able to write legibly and speak.
• Able to assemble, troubleshoot and calibrate patient care equipment and perform technical age-specific patient care activities as required.
• Able to use computer and software programs necessary to the position.
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally with others.
• Able to be assertive and consistent in following policies.
• Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
• Able to collaborate with others.
• Able to accept direction.
• Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing and on the telephone.
• Able to perform basic math functions essential to position.
• Able to think critically.

• California Pharmacy internship license required.
