Pharmacy Intern - Grad

CVS Health•Upper Arlington, OH
•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health Graduate Pharmacy Interns apply their pharmacy school education and pharmacy practice in real-world settings while preparing for a Pharmacist role. Under the direction of a preceptor and District Leader, interns complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation to build knowledge of store, district, and regional operations. Training and hands-on experience deepen understanding of patient safety and error prevention, quality assurance, drug utilization review, and professional standards such as corresponding responsibility and red-flag detection. Interns support pharmacy operations so prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and patients receive caring service. They learn to follow standard operating procedures and best practices, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, inclusive team culture. As their tenure and readiness increase, they take on greater accountability for supporting pharmacy management and operations. The role may also include immunization support where permitted by law and after required training and certification. This is a part-time position. The stated typical pay range is $23.75–$42.00. The application window is anticipated to close on 09/30/2027.
