•$24 - $42•Onsite

About The Position

CVS Health Graduate Pharmacy Interns apply their pharmacy-school learning in real-world practice and complete a comprehensive training roadmap within 120 days of graduation, under the direction of a preceptor and District Leader. The role prepares interns for increasing responsibility and a future Pharmacist role while developing knowledge of store, district, and regional operations, patient safety, error prevention, quality assurance, drug utilization review, and professional standards such as corresponding responsibility and red-flag detection. Interns help pharmacy teams keep operations running smoothly and ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately while delivering caring patient service. They follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy workflows, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, inclusive team culture. As tenure and readiness increase, they assume greater accountability for pharmacy operations and may deliver additional services such as immunizations and point-of-care testing, where permitted by law and supported by required training and certification. The posting identifies this as a part-time position.
