Responsibilities

Provide customer service by communicating with patients in person and via telephone, assisting with product selection, and obtaining medication prices.
Process and fill prescriptions using the pharmacy computer system for data entry and third-party adjudication, pulling correct products, counting and labeling prescriptions, and selling prescriptions at the Will Call station.
Manage inventory by updating balance on hand (BOH), ordering products, looking up Meijer codes, checking in and putting away orders, and processing vendor charge backs (VCBs)/transfers/salvage.
Contribute to clinical services, including performing health screening tests and immunizations after proper training and authorization, and working under a pharmacist to perform MTM services when applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
