About The Position

This position delivers multiple concurrent, sometimes accelerated Pharmacy Innovation projects and programs with quality, on schedule, within budget, and in support of department strategy. It conducts operational process analysis, identifies process improvements, refines programs, makes recommendations, and executes action plans. Working with internal and external partners, the Project Manager is responsible for projects from initiation through post-implementation monitoring and maintenance, supporting ideation, solutioning, resourcing, delivery, monitoring, and stakeholder communication. The role is classified at three levels with progressively broader independence, complexity, leadership, and decision-making responsibilities. Level I manages assigned projects and programs through ideation, assessment, delivery, and refinement; develops and executes work plans; monitors progress and metrics; communicates with stakeholders; and supports process improvement, training, research, and project portfolio reporting. After programs transition to operations, the Project Manager may support other initiatives identified by leadership. Level II adds leadership of supported areas in project decisions, matrix management of cross-functional teams, oversight of project economics, staffing, resources, and risks, and coaching and mentoring team members. Level III adds change leadership, representation in cross-divisional and regional leadership forums, external representation when appropriate, and direct work with senior management to assess impacts and mitigate risks. The position requires travel across health plan service regions as needed. Remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis. The role requires regular and reliable attendance and adherence to corporate privacy policies, the Code of Conduct, and company values.
