About The Position

Join Walmart's pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Grad Intern and gain hands-on experience in a community pharmacy setting. The role supports customer health and well-being through patient care, prescription and over-the-counter order processing, and pharmacy operations. Requirements

• Be enrolled in the final year at an accredited pharmacy school.
• Demonstrate proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
• Foster relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
• Address individual patient needs.
• Follow HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records according to company policies and local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Help process prescription and over-the-counter orders and purchases.
• Provide patient care by recognizing patients, assessing their needs, and helping them navigate clinical therapies.
• Receive and stock merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
• Manage inventory and maintain the pharmacy area.
