About The Position

Life Tree Pharmacy seeks a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to safely transport prescriptions and medical supplies to patients and facilities. The driver obtains proof-of-delivery signatures, communicates delivery status with pharmacy staff and customers, and follows traffic laws and company safety procedures. The role includes inspecting and maintaining company vehicles, assisting with light pharmacy tasks such as destroying returned medication, and providing professional, confidential customer service.

Life Tree Pharmacy provides pharmacy services to healthcare settings including psychiatric hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, group homes, assisted living communities, and youth behavioral health programs.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with an active and clean driving record.
• Ability to follow local and state driving regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance and behavior.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Comfortable using GPS.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during delivery routes.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport prescriptions and medical supplies to patients and facilities.
• Obtain required signatures as proof of delivery.
• Communicate delivery status effectively with pharmacy staff and customers.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures while operating delivery vehicles.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Clean and maintain the interior and exterior of company vehicles to support professional appearance and safe operation.
• Assist with light pharmacy tasks as needed, such as destruction of returned medication.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
