About The Position

As a Pharmacy Clerk, you help create a smooth and efficient experience for customers at the pharmacy counter. You greet customers, process transactions, help customers locate non-prescription items, and direct questions to the pharmacist when needed. You also help keep the pharmacy organized and operating consistently by assisting with order processing, maintaining cleanliness, managing records, and completing basic pharmacy tasks within regulatory guidelines. The role involves handling multiple tasks in a steady-paced environment and calls for organization and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old, or at least 18 depending on location requirements.
• Ability to operate computers, registers, and pharmacy systems.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Comply with company policies and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Comfort with frequent lifting, carrying, and movement, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including day, evening, or overnight schedules.

• Prior customer service or retail experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
