About The Position

Responsible for the entire purchasing function as it relates to the acquisition and maintenance of Pharmacy stocks and supplies. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory par levels and coordinating physical inventory of department. Assist department in Pharmacy Technician functions as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma Required.
• Pharmacy Tech License required
• Basic computer skills required.
• Two (2) or more years Pharmacy buyer experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate (Verbally and in writing) in English.
• Ability to write legibly (Clinical Areas).
• Must clear background and drug test required.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of formal training course as a Pharmacy Technician is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in Hospital or community Pharmacy is highly desirable.
• Additional languages desirable.
