Requirements
- High School Graduate, upon hire
- Two (2) years of recent pharmacy experience in a hospital setting or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician AZ (PHARMTECH:AZ)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the controlled substance inventory, which may include monitoring usage and investigating discrepancies.
- Serve as the hospital subject matter expert and the liaison between automated dispensing cabinets and Nursing for problem resolution.
- Provide orientation and training to staff.
- Maintain accountability for all legal records associated with controlled substances.
