About The Position
Works under direct supervision of Pharmacy Operations Supervisor and Pharmacists. Follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks. Assist pharmacy staff in organization, filling, and packaging of prescriptions.
Requirements
- Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in a customer service related field
- Drug test
- Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
- Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Nice To Haves
- Pharmacy Technician or related certification
- 3-6 months’ experience as a pharmacy technician
Responsibilities
- Assist in the stocking of inventory from supplier orders
- Restock workstation and freezers with filling supplies
- Prepare packaging and cooler boxes for daily prescription fulfillment
- Facilitate transfer of prepared packages to shipping vendors (UPS/FedEx)
- Perform housekeeping duties necessary to maintain a professional environment
- Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
