About The Position
Specialty Medical Staffing is hiring for a Pharmacy Assistant in the PNW! The opportunity is at a well-respected hospital, and a great next step in your career. The position involves performing front-end revenue cycle duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology to investigate insurance benefits and submit authorizations for a variety of infusion and enteral therapies. Duties include compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence. This is an onsite position with no remote option available.
Requirements
- Experience with data entry
- Verification of insurance benefits and/or submitting authorizations
- WA state pharmacy assistant license
- Pride in their work
