About The Position

Chino Valley Medical Center is seeking a Pharmacist to coordinate pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy. The role supports the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care to hospital patients while ensuring patient safety. Patient care may cover general medicine and surgery, intensive care, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, emergency care, oncology, peri-operative care, geriatrics, and outpatient services. Hospital pharmacy operations experience is preferred. The position is part-time with a variable shift.

Requirements

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy.
• APhA Immunization Certification.
• BLS certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred; BLS is facility-required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pharmacy department activities under the supervision of the Director of Pharmacy.
