Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
Active license with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists
Comfortable working independently and in rural/remote settings
Experience with pharmacy software (Kroll experience is a plus)

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and professional services
Provide patient-centered care while collaborating with local healthcare teams
Lead, support, and develop your pharmacy team
Build strong relationships with local healthcare centers, clinics, and community partners
Ensure NIHB claims and provincial guidelines are met
Embrace community education and outreach as part of your pharmacy role
