About The Position

Siemens Healthineers is hiring a pharmacist to work in PET radiopharmaceuticals at its Albany, New York operation. The role is open to licensed pharmacists, including new graduates and candidates without nuclear pharmacy experience. The company provides paid, hands-on training in PET radiopharmaceutical production and support toward Authorized User certification. The position focuses on PET radiopharmaceutical production and related quality and regulatory work. It is a permanent night-shift role requiring consistent availability during very early morning or night hours; alternate early morning/night schedules may be needed based on operational requirements. The pharmacist may lead multiple nonexempt team members.

Requirements

• Active pharmacy license, or ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
• Authorized User Certification, or ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed, complex procedures.
• Comfort working independently in a high-reliability environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Windows.
• Ability to pass color vision and corrected 20/20 vision testing.
• Ability to lift 100 lb packages with proper technique or support.
• Consistent availability during very early morning/night hours, with flexibility to work alternate early morning/night schedules as operational requirements dictate.
