Pharmacist, Ambulatory Pharmacy
About The Position
The Pharmacist, Ambulatory Pharmacy position works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy to practice as a pharmacist, or be board eligible. A PharmD degree and completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency are required, though two or more years of relevant clinical experience may be considered in place of residency training. Employees who were employed as a Clinical Pharmacist with SRH before April 1, 2018, are also eligible. Board-eligible candidates must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within three months of hire.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy to practice as a pharmacist, or board eligible.
- PharmD degree and completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or two or more years of relevant clinical experience in place of residency training.
- Alternatively, employed as a Clinical Pharmacist with SRH before 4/1/2018.
- Board-eligible candidates must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within 3 months of hire.
Nice To Haves
- PGY2 Pharmacy residency in an applicable area of specialty.
- Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification in an area of specialty.
