We are currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to newly hired Oncology Pharmacists! As a 10 hour Outpatient Pharmacist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles California, you'll be an integral part of the patient care team working closely with medical, nursing and pharmacy staff to provide exceptional patient care cancer patients.

Requirements

  • Outpatient Pharmacist experience
  • Experience with hematologic, bone marrow transplants (BMT), CAR-T, and TIL therapies
  • Experience reviewing and verifying chemotherapy orders
  • Experience providing patient education
  • Experience with therapeutic drug monitoring
  • Experience participating in oncology disease-related groups for guideline and SOP development, updates, and new drug monographs
  • Experience providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients

Responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive care for outpatient oncology patients with various cancer-related disease states, with a focus on hematologic, bone marrow transplants (BMT), CAR-T, and TIL therapies.
  • Reviewing and verifying chemotherapy orders to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Providing patient education to inform patients about their treatments and care plans.
  • Monitoring therapeutic drugs to optimize drug therapy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Participating in oncology disease-related groups to support guideline and SOP development, updates, and new drug monographs.
  • Providing accurate drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
