About The Position

The Opportunity As a Pharma & MedTech End-to-End Supply Chain, Sr. Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze supply chain processes, identify improvement areas, and develop strategies to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. You will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 3 years of experience
