The pH Clerk is a role that demands precision, curiosity, and a deep understanding of chemistry's practical applications. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities to ensure that the water pH levels in our processes are optimal for food production. This role is not just about measurements; it’s about being safe and being precise. It's about understanding how pH impacts every stage of food manufacturing, from ingredient preparation to final packaging. During our Harvest season, you will be expected to work at least 6 days a week. You will work either Swing or Graveyard shift to support our Cannery during this time. Our Season runs from Mid-July through end of September but could extend.
