About The Position
Touchstone Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced, registered, and patient-focused PET/CT Technologist for a full-time position at its Junius facility in Dallas, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The role performs PET and PET/CT exams, prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, and supports patient comfort and safety.
Requirements
- CNMT (NMTCB) and/or ARRT (N) certification.
- Texas Medical Board (TMB) credential.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET and PET/CT exams, including 3D imaging of organs.
- Prepare and calculate radioactive tracers (radiopharmaceuticals) and inject them to measure metabolic activity and cellular-level changes in tissue.
- Screen, educate, and monitor patients for comfort and safety.
- Insert intravenous catheters.
- Test blood glucose and creatinine levels.
