About The Position
Pegasus Residential is seeking an engaging, friendly, detail-oriented Pet Center Manager to provide extraordinary service and create memorable experiences for residents. The role manages a pet amenity space and provides pet daycare, daily and overnight boarding, pet walks, grooming, resident communications and events involving pets, and pet interviews to assess suitability for daycare applications. The Pet Center Manager usually lives on site.
Requirements
- Friendly and motivated, with a strong customer-service focus.
- Proficient in English.
- Willing to work holidays and weekends.
- Willing to work early morning hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide pet daycare and daily and overnight boarding.
