About The Position

Animal Care Center at Cherry Way is hiring a part-time Pet Care Attendant in Gahanna, Ohio. The role supports the care and comfort of dogs and cats and contributes to the hospital’s daily operations. The attendant works with the veterinary team to provide attentive, compassionate care to pets and their families in a team-oriented clinic environment. Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.

Responsibilities

Feed dogs and cats and administer medications as directed.
Walk dogs and provide daily care and enrichment.
Clean cages, kennels, and patient areas.
Monitor pets for changes in behavior or health and report concerns to veterinary staff.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the kennel, grooming, lobby, and exterior areas of the hospital.
Support overall hospital operations and patient comfort.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to provide exceptional care for pets and their families.
