About The Position

Polo Springs Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Pet Care Attendant! This position requires a high level of multitasking and team collaboration and is physically demanding. Individuals must be able to lift 20 lbs+, stand for long periods, and manage the occasional exuberant canine friend! Attention to hospital cleanliness and animal care is our top priority.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate daily care for boarding and daycare animals, including: Feeding, walking, medicating, bathing, and detailed record-keeping.
• Assisting medical staff with restraining for various medical treatments/vaccines.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary kennel spaces for boarding and medical patients.
• Assisting in overall hospital cleaning protocols and procedures.
