About The Position
Terminix Service, Inc. is hiring a full-time Pest Management Professional to manage an established pest control route. The role includes selling services to new and current customers, scheduling appointments, conducting home inspections, and performing pest control services. The position is a flexible, Monday-through-Friday daytime job with unlimited commission-based earning potential. The stated average income is $50,000 in commissions, incentives, and bonuses. Paid training is provided, and the company offers administrative support, leads, a company vehicle, and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Good driving record and valid driver's license.
- Ability to operate and maintain a company truck.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
- Physical ability to crawl and work in small, confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
- Physical ability to work on your feet for an extended period.
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of weather.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
- Sales ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented approach and motivation to build lasting relationships.
