About The Position

Arrow Exterminators is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician to serve residential or commercial pest control customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This production-based position offers potential earnings and includes a company vehicle. Technicians travel their daily routes, inspect homes and other properties—including attics and crawl spaces—to identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conditions that attract pests. They explain personalized solutions, build client relationships, collect service payments, answer customer questions, and keep their equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass and maintain any licensing or certification exams required by state regulatory agencies.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Responsibilities
