About The Position

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced Pest Control Technicians to inspect residential properties, identify pest issues, and provide effective pest control solutions. The ideal candidate knows how to identify pests and understand their behavior, follows safety procedures, and is committed to excellent customer service. Technicians work with the company’s Property Management team to help maintain residential properties and provide dependable service to clients. The position offers flexible work opportunities and the ability to manage your schedule and income. Technicians are paid on a Net 7 schedule, and the company covers the cost of materials.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid pest control license.
Knowledge of pest identification, biology, and behavior.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must currently reside in the United States.

Nice To Haves

General Liability insurance preferred.
Five or more years of experience in pest control or a related field preferred.
Additional pest control certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Inspect residential properties for signs of pests and recommend appropriate treatment or prevention measures.
Identify and address infestations involving insects, rodents, and other common pests.
Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports to clients.
Communicate effectively with account managers, dispatchers, and other team members.
Follow all applicable safety procedures, regulations, and pest control guidelines.
Stay up to date on pest control methods, products, and industry practices.
Maintain pest control equipment, tools, and supplies in good working condition.
