Pest Control Technician
About The Position
Dodson Pest Control is seeking a Pest Control Technician to serve residential and commercial customers. The company provides ongoing, intensive training; prior pest control experience is helpful but not required. A strong work ethic and commitment to customer service are required. The role involves inspecting and diagnosing pest issues, providing pest management services, and safely applying pesticides in accordance with product labels and state regulations. The technician must complete scheduled training and work toward registration or certification/licensure as an applicator. The schedule may need to be adjusted to meet customer needs, including occasional Saturday work.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Acceptable driving record and background check.
- Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height, with or without accommodation.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

- Experience in the pest control industry.
Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Provide pest management services to residential and commercial customers professionally.
- Maintain a customer-service-oriented approach.

- Attend and complete scheduled training and work toward becoming a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
- Adjust the standard work schedule to meet customer needs, which may require occasional Saturday work.
