About The Position

Green Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician to provide pest control services at residential and commercial properties in the PA, NJ, and DE tri-state region. The role uses integrated pest management techniques and requires applying products according to label instructions and safety procedures, diagnosing and resolving customer issues, and communicating service details and recommendations. Technicians work independently, drive a company vehicle to customer locations, complete route paperwork and vehicle inspections, and maintain company-provided equipment and vehicles. The company provides full paid training, a take-home truck and gas card, and advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Able to work independently.
Bring a positive approach and attitude to daily responsibilities.
Valid driver's license.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Able to work overtime and some Saturdays.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Pass the pre-employment lift test, drug test, and motor vehicle report review.

Responsibilities

Control various types of pests using integrated pest management techniques.
Apply products in accordance with label instructions and safety procedures.
Provide services to residential and commercial properties and achieve daily goals.
Perform service calls to diagnose and correct customer issues.
Complete all paperwork associated with the assigned route each day.
Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean company vehicle.
Provide customers with detailed service notes and recommendations.
Communicate verbally with customers as needed to address questions or concerns.
Safely drive a company vehicle to and from customer locations.
Read and understand product labels and Safety Data Sheets.
Use company-provided equipment responsibly.
