About The Position

Blue Sky Pest Control is hiring full-time Pest Control Technicians (Exterminators) with paid training and year-round stability. We provide comprehensive training, including state licensing, and offer a competitive salary range of $47,000 - $57,000 (DOE; includes hourly pay). No prior experience is needed. Our company has a consistent growth record since 1999 and offers a stable work environment with no layoffs. We provide a company truck that can be taken home, a gas card, work phone, and uniforms. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must pass our assessment used by criteria corp, and the hiring talent
• Must pass a pre-hire drug screening as well as ongoing random drug screenings
• Marijuana use, regardless of medical marijuana card status, disqualifies eligibility for this role due to safety concerns
• Must be clean-shaven daily (mustaches are acceptable) for respirator use

Responsibilities

• Making customers happy

• Safely lifting, pushing and pulling equipment, bending, squatting, crawling, reaching, climbing over and on top of structures
• Ascending and descending stairs and ladders, occasionally working at heights
• Properly maintaining a company truck and equipment, reporting any issues in a timely manner
• Safely using application equipment, inspection equipment, small hand tools, and small power tools
• Properly using personal protective equipment, including a respirator (must be clean-shaven daily, mustaches are acceptable)
