Requirements

  • A deep-proven understanding of indirect partner business dynamics and volume business in the Corporate segment, within the North and Latin American markets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills to engage and influence partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and scale commercial programs tailored to the needs of partners in the region.
  • A collaborative approach to working across diverse teams and navigating complex ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and program optimization.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Native in English and Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial programs that drive partner growth and success in the Americas region, such as Partner-led Territories, CCFlex and/or Partner Referral Program, not exclusively.
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business models, challenges, and opportunities, aligning programs to support their goals.
  • Analyze partner performance and market trends to identify areas for growth and innovation.
  • Create scalable frameworks and enablement tools to support partners in driving volume business in the midsize segment.
  • Work closely with other PES colleagues, internal MU, regional and global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in program execution.
  • Monitor programs effectiveness, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, and attached to the Partner Maturity Index programs evolution.
  • Foster strong relationships across the partner ecosystem, promoting collaboration and shared success.
